The annual Florida-Georgia Farm Tour, hosted by the Millstone Institute for Preservation, is a free, self-guided open house that connects thousands of community members directly to the fields, pastures, and orchards feeding our region across the Florida Panhandle and Southwest Georgia.The Red Hills Small Farm Alliance is a proud supporter of this event. The Red Hills Small Farm Alliance (RHSFA) was created by local farmers to support local farmers—but its impact reaches far beyond the field.

Through our online marketplace, educational programs, and community outreach, we help create sustainability for small farms and connect them with the people who care about where their food comes from—building a more resilient and connected local food system across the greater Red Hills region.

Welcome, Jenny Dorminy!

Red Hills Small Farm Alliance (RHSFA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jenny Dorminy as our new Executive Director, effective April 13, 2026.

Jenny Dorminy has over 20 years of experience in customer and stakeholder engagement. She has a proven track record of success in program and event management, and sponsorship development. Previously, Dorminy served as Executive Director at the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL), where she directed day-to-day operations to the statewide association of 1,000+ members.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jenny Dorminy to the Red Hills Small Farm Alliance,” said Cari Roth, Chair of the RHSFA Board. “ With her extensive background, vision for the future, and passion for our mission, we are confident she will lead RHSFA to new heights in our work to support our region’s local farmers.”

Fresh Food Fund

Help Local Farms Feed Local Families

Through the Fresh Food Fund, we purchase wholesome produce, meats, eggs, dairy, and locally made foods directly from trusted RHOM farmers/producers and deliver them to our partners at Second Harvest, FSU Food for Thought Pantry, and the Frenchtown Neighborhood Improvement Association. These proven distribution partners help get these foods where they’re needed most.
